Class Size
Maximum of 30 skaters. 3 groups of skaters, grouped according to their skill level to ensure they are challenged.

Learning Format
Each session includes moving the groups through high tempo drills and games (focus on conditioning and skill development) and then 45-60 minutes of Shinny Ringette. In Shinny Ringette the ring is always live, encouraging hustle and urgency, and there are no penalties (penalty shots instead). Lines are matched against each other by skill. Players LOVE this environment as they have the opportunity to play at their level, rather than by age.

What will I learn in High Tempo Level?
This program is focused on an intense aerobic workout as well as advanced skill development. A high level of fitness and compete is required for this class. Girls will enhance known skills such as shooting, passing and practice game scenarios like 1-on-1 and 2-on-1, as well as legal body contact and defensive tactics.

High Tempo vs. Intermediate
The High Tempo class is intended for A and AA players or those asipiring to play at that level and looking for a challenge. The primary focus is skill development through repetition of known skills at a high level as well as development of new advanced skills. The Intermediate class has a heavier focus on intermediate skating and skill development.

How are we different?
For The Love Of The Game is about exactly that - The Love Of The Game.  We believe athletes learn best while having fun. Therefore, we have incorporated unique ideas such as daily Heart & Hustle Awards, music and game-based drills into our program.
